To confirm your reservation, you must sign the service agreement and email pre-consultation photos within 15 minutes of submitting your appointment request. If these steps are not completed within 15 minutes, your reservation will be declined. No exceptions. If these requirements are not suitable for you, it’s best not to move forward. This is not an average haircut experience.

Cancellations & No-Shows Less than 24-hour notice, same-day cancellations, no-shows, sick/car issues, and late arrivals (10+ minutes) are charged in full. Canceling by phone is not an option. To cancel within 24 hours, email info@swaydmenssalon.com (you will be charged the full amount of service booked).

No micro-managing haircuts
Remain still in the chair and refrain from sudden or excessive movement.

Maintaining proper head and body posture throughout the service ensures balance, symmetry, and precision in the haircut.
Location We are located at The Blockyard Apartment Complex. Our main entrance faces MLK Street.
It is the client’s responsibility to follow all instructions promptly. We do not initiate contact, reschedule, or cancel appointments on your behalf.
