To secure your booking after requesting an appointment, sign the service agreement and optionally send pre-consultation photos. Complete these steps within fifteen minutes to avoid appointment denial.

cancellation policy

Appointments canceled with less than a 24 hour notice, no-shows, sick/car issues, and same day cancellation WILL be charged the full amount of service booked.

Canceling an appointment via phone is not an option.

NO CELL PHONE USE IN THE CHAIR OR SALON (MUST KEEP PHONE ON SILENT AT ALL TIMES).

late arrivals

Due to tight scheduling, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be asked to reschedule and charged the full amount of service booked.

age requirement

21+ to receive services, no exceptions.

This is not the place for a quick haircut; we take each session seriously to ensure the best haircut, treating hair as an art form.

We reserve the right to decline your appointment.

If you’re the type of person who likes to micro-manage your haircut, this is not the place for you.
