Sign the service agreement and send pre-consultation photos within 15 minutes to confirm your booking. Otherwise, your reservation request will be declined. No exceptions.

cancellations

Less than 24-hour notice, no-shows, same-day cancellations, sick/car issues, and late arrivals (10+ min) are charged in full.

Canceling an appointment via phone is not an option.

Contact info@swaydmenssalon.com if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment (you will be charged the full amount of service booked).

Cell phone use not permitted. Cell phone use is not tolerated in the salon to maintain a calm and professional environment for all clients.

Clients must be 21+.

Late arrivals (10+ min) are charged in full.

No micro-managing haircuts.

We focus on precision. This is not the place for a quick haircut; we take each session seriously to ensure the best haircut, treating hair as an art form. We reserve the right to decline appointments.
